Evidence before a headline number.

AI Fear & Trust Index brings together collected AI-related posts and news. It helps you inspect the conversation, compare samples and return to the original sources.

What the number means

The 0–100 reading describes fear and trust in a collected sample. Near 50 can mean mixed opinion or weak evidence. It is not the percentage of people afraid of AI, a capability benchmark, an investment signal or a prediction of harm.

Automation, attribution and corrections

Collection and scoring are automated. Machine judgments and translations can be wrong. A source link identifies where a claim appeared; it does not verify the claim. We show short excerpts, not copies of full articles. Missing evidence remains missing, not zero.

To report a broken link, translation or calculation issue, contact the project account with the page URL, snapshot time and original source. Do not send private account details. A correction should be checked against that snapshot, not silently attributed to a newer one.

A reason to come back

Each successful publication shows its data timestamp. The daily brief links the reading to source excerpts; comparisons show only entries with enough evidence. Follow the same definitions over time instead of treating every small change as a new trend.
